Course Description: Do you long to nourish a deeper relationship with God? If so, you are not alone.

Join us for this online exploration of spiritual formation. Building on the wisdom of Christian spirituality from Biblical times to today, we will journey together over a four-week period to explore the practical exercises and prayers of our common spiritual tradition. We will read wise and encouraging spiritual literature, reflecting together with art, music and video that celebrates our traditions, and support one another as we explore several practices that have long been a part of the Christian tradition, and yet remain relevant and meaningful for seekers today.

This five-week course includes readings, presentations, discussions and conversations, and personal reflection on your spiritual journey. Community and practical application of knowledge are part of the class. It is the foundational course for the Certificate in Spiritual Formation.
