Wounded Ministers Retreat for Clergy and Spouses

Course Description: The Wounded Ministers Retreat for Clergy and Spouses provides a relaxed atmosphere and confidential setting for healing and encouragement to ministers who have experienced termination, or for those in conflicts possibly leading to termination. Competent and compassionate leaders guide the journey toward wholeness and health. The retreat provides opportunities, counsel, practical information, sharing and rest, that speak to the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of participants.
At this retreat you will find a safe and supportive place as you face the most challenging times of your ministry. This retreat offers clergy and their spouses the change to renew, refresh and nurture spirit, mind and body. Please join us, registration is limited.
Location: William Black Lodge, 329 North Carolina Terrace, Montreat, North Carolina 28757

Schedule: The retreat begins Monday, May 19th with check in at 10:00 AM and concludes on Thursday, May 22nd at noon.
Program Fee: A non-refundable registration of $100 per single registrant, and $150 per couple will reserve your spot. Limited financial aid is available to help with transportation costs.
Housing: Private rooms will be provided at the William Black Lodge starting Monday and checking out on Thursday. Sunday evening arrival is an option.
Meals: Meals provided start with Monday lunch through Thursday lunch.
Additional Information: Return flights should be booked no earlier than 3:00 PM on Thursday to allow time for the retreat to conclude and time to travel to the airport. Asheville is the airport closest to the Lodge. If you are flying out of another airport, please plan your flight times accordingly.
