Spiritual Dimension with the Enneagram Online

August 7- 28, 2024

Course Description: The Enneagram is a psychospiritual model and invaluable tool for attuning to others and deepening our self-awareness. A map of our inner landscape, the Enneagram reveals the automatic patterns that limit us and the false personal narratives that shrivel us. It takes awareness, patience, desire, and grace to move from our type’s specific fears towards abundance and love.

In Spiritual Dimensions with the Enneagram, we will delve into how our type’s habits and patterns keep us asleep to our lives and block the vibrancy of our souls. Each weekly session offers opportunities to sit with and listen to others, utilizing guiding questions that peel back these patterns and invite the radiance within.

During this August four session series, participants will

  • Engage in presence practices and work with receptivity

  • Explore the ways their own Enneagram type impacts relationships with others. Given our type, what do we tend to project onto others? How does our type shape our listening and our posture? How does the core fear of our type move us to avoid certain aspects of relating?

  • Understand the three centers of intelligence, which center is least accessible for each type, and suggestions for cultivating a relationship with that center

  • Learn type-specific questions to explore for each of the nine types and suggestions for spiritual practices for each type. These practices support countering the limiting patterns of the type and serve to liberate us.
