Wounded Ministers Retreat for Clergy and Spouses

April 8-11, 2024

Course Description: The Wounded Ministers Retreat for Clergy and Spouses provides a relaxed atmosphere and confidential setting for healing and encouragement to ministers and their families who have experienced termination, or for those in conflicts possibly leading to termination. Competent and compassionate leaders guide the journey toward wholeness and health through counsel, practical information, sharing, and rest, that speak to the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of participants.

At this retreat you will find a safe and supportive place as you face the most challenging times of your ministry. Please join us—registration is limited.

Location: Harrington Center, Columbia Theological Seminary, 701 S Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030

Schedule: The retreat begins Monday April 8th, 2024 at 10:00 AM and ends Thursday April 11th, 2024 at noon. Participants are expected to be present for the entire retreat. Airline flights should not be scheduled earlier than 3 PM on Thursday.

Program Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per person or $150 per couple will reserve your spot. Limited financial aid is available to help with transportation and travel costs.

Housing: Rooms will be provided at the Harrington Center on the campus of Columbia Theological Seminary starting Monday evening and checking out on Thursday. If you need to arrive on Sunday, please make note on your registration to confirm availability.

Meals: Meals start with Monday dinner through Thursday breakfast. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions in your registration.

In order to qualify for CEUs in this course you must fulfill the following requirements:

  4. Completed the course evaluation.
